Christina Kerby

Christina Kerby is a Senior Research Lawyer with approximately ten years of litigation experience spanning the areas of insurance law, construction law, constitutional law, education law and since joining the firm in February of 2023, a dedicated focus on labour and employment law. Christina’s practice includes researching, writing, and advising clients on collective agreement interpretation, grievances, policy development, and labour relations board applications. She also advises client with respect to employment matters including terminations (with and without cause), human rights claims, policy revision, and workplace investigations. She has appeared before all levels of Court in Saskatchewan. Prior to joining the firm, Christina articled and later was an associate at a major Western Canadian law firm. She received the Law Society of Saskatchewan Award of Distinction for Top Bar Admission Course Performance following completion of her articles in 2014. In the fall of 2025 she completed the Investigations course through the Foundation of Administrative Justice and is developing a practice in assisting with and/or conducting workplace investigations.
Outside of the office, Christina is the mother of a precocious four-year-old who keeps her on her toes. During the summer, as often as possible, they can be found enjoying the family cottage at Waskesiu – their favourite place to be.
